Kingsley Art LecturesMAY SPEAKER SERIES with Featured Guest

RON PEETZ

Wednesday, May 20th 1:30PM
Crocker Art Museum Auditorium

Ron Peetz
Artist Ron Peetz with his rendering of what Mickey Mouse would look like drawn by Salvador Dali, who worked with Disney Studios in 1946.

Sacramento-based artist Ronald Peetz is a rule breaker. He has something to say, and he says it with his vibrant, often humorous, usually thought-provoking and always surprising art. “I want to slow people down. That’s why I put stuff on the floor. That’s why I make stuff out of every material that you can think of, from duct tape to X-rays. I am what I am. I’m different. Nobody works like me,” says Peetz.

The monthly Speaker Series is FREE to Kingsley members. Please reserve your ticket for Ron Peetz at the Crocker Webpage. Mark your calendar for May 20 with guest artist Ronald Peetz before the Kingsley breaks for the summer.
