The 81st Crocker-Kingsley Competition was shown at Blue Line Arts in Roseville from December 3rd, 2022 through January 14th, 2023 with Emma Saperstein as the juror. She is Chief Curator and Director of Education at San Luis Obispo Museum of Art (SLOMA). Prizes were awarded December 17th, 2021.
The awards were as follows:

2nd Place: Mary Oros, Syncopation XIX
3rd Place: Mary Oros, Over Under
4th Place: John Angell, Loose Threads Triptych 123
5th Place: Sharon Draghi, Repose
Honorable Mention: Ric Ambrose, Brunch at Abbott Kinney
Pieces chosen by Crocker Art Museum Chief Curator Scott Shields will be on display at the Crocker Art Museum February 5th through April 30th, 2023.

The Blue Line Arts show is open to the public. Admission and parking are free. The exhibit has received great accolades and has had corresponding strong sales, starting with the opening of the show and continuing during the reception.
